For years, I lived in the binge–restrict cycle; counting calories by day, spiraling into shame by night.
I thought I just needed more willpower. More rules. Fewer carbs. A stricter routine.
But no matter how “perfect” I tried to be, I kept falling off. And every time I did, the guilt hit harder.
What I didn’t realize?
I wasn’t broken. I was just trying to cope, with no tools and no real support.
I help women do the same.
Inside The Nourish Method, I guide high-achieving women to:
→ Feel calm around food again (even on imperfect days)
→ Heal binge cycles without shame or obsession
→ Support their energy, gut, and hormones in a way that actually feels good
→ Build real self-trust and feel confident in their bodies again
I’m a Certified Holistic Health Coach with advanced training in gut and hormone support, and currently completing my MSc in Nutrition & Integrative Health.
But more than that, I’ve lived this. And I coach with the kind of compassion I wish I had earlier.
Remember, you’re not broken. And you don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode.
This is the part where it gets to feel better.
When I’m not working...
I can often be found engrossed in a good book accompanied by a cup of coffee or engaging in various sports activities.
I’m always up for a good...
Whether it's hiking through lush forests, diving into a captivating novel, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, I find joy in exploring the world around me.
I can't live without...

When I was young, I could eat whatever I wanted without gaining weight. That changed when I went on an exchange year to the US at 16 years old. The different nutrition and homesickness (>> my first experiences with emotional eating) led me to gain weight which triggered a negative body image.
Returning home, I experimented with dieting and restricting food, which helped me lose some weight. However, I never felt comfortable in my body as it wasn’t as before.
It was also the era of #fitspo which made me obsess over workout programs, yet my compulsive eating habits kept me from achieving the results I wanted. I’d eat those weird egg white breads, cooked the same bland meals, and thought it was normal to skip breakfast, feel guilty, or binge on unhealthy foods because diet culture normalized these behaviors.
At 21, I traveled to New Zealand and Australia (one of the best times of my life) and came back home after 4 months ca. 12kg heavier. While I enjoyed my trip and am also grateful that I let go of my food rules, I felt so uncomfortable in my body, fueling my compulsive eating once again.
In 2016 at 22 I started university and my body image issues worsened. I obsessed over going to the gym & avoided social events due to my fear of overeating. I felt ugly and unworthy, all while trying to emulate the seemingly perfect bodies I saw online.
But, I was still unhappy with my body & myself DESPITE losing some weight. I felt “skinny fat”, was constantly bloated and low on energy.
In 2019, at 25 years old, I enrolled in a health coaching program with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), hoping to overcome my binge and emotional eating. The program helped me manage my compulsive eating habits. I learned that my problem wasn’t food itself but the underlying reasons why I wanted to eat.
I graduated from IIN in June 2020 and started this account. Unfortunately, I still struggled with my confidence and worried about what others would think (especially family and friends from home). My whole life I struggled with low self-esteem and the fear of being judged. I saw myself in such a negative light because I was super shy and not as confident as many other people.Luckily, this also pushed me to work on feeling better about myself. I started working my my self-image, my body image, and gut health because realized it wasn’t normal to constantly have belly aches.
Over time, by taking action despite my fears and working heavily on my mindset, my self-image & confidence improved & I began to see positive changes in my body.Focusing on my gut health and balancing my hormones helped me lose those last few annoying kgs & puffiness in my face. I went from waking up with chronic fatigue, daily bloating, constipation, brain fog to feeling energized, lean, & finally happier.
At 29 I became pregnant, moved back to Switzerland with my partner and pets after living in Bali for 6 years, and shortly after started a fresh chapter of my life with a baby!!Thanks to everything I learned along the way I didn’t fall back into old patterns after that big change and am able to fully enjoy this time with a positive outlook (minus some sleepless nights and more stressful periods ;)Until now I also continued my studies through IIN and completed their advanced programs about gut health, hormone health & emotional eating.
Today, I guide women through the same healing I went through; helping them stop binge eating, release food guilt and build a calm, sustainable relationship with food and their bodies. My work focuses on emotional eating, gut and hormone health, and the deeper identity shifts that create real change.
I’m also currently studying for my MSc in Nutrition and Integrative Health, continuing to deepen the work, so I can bring my clients support that’s not only lived and embodied, but science-backed, too.
